I recently was discharged from st.lukes campus Monroe county. I went in scared, in pain, beyond uncomfortable. At 23 years old I developed pneumonia in both of my lungs and I was terrified to say the least. During my stay, everyone was very nice and accommodating. But I do want to shout out Mark Anthony. He went above and beyond for me. Even when I had company he made sure they were also comfortable and had what they needed. I could actually cry thinking about how great he was to me and how much it really meant to me.

This is a hospital that doesn’t have personnel available to answer incoming calls. To receive assistance or reach anyone at the hospital is a treacherous task filled with extremely long waiting beginning with the (initial) automated system. This hospital is inadequate in every manner. The recording while waiting for a human to answer speaks highly of an institution that is contrary to the truth.

On April 23rd at approximately 12:45, my fiancée and I arrived at the hospital because she was experiencing sharp abdominal pain in her pancreas. When my fiancée was called into triage to have her vitals taken, she was treated poorly. During triage, she called me, and I proceeded to go to my fiancée.
