Nurses/Drs do not take patients seriously. Had medical records from out of state and my condition was degraded because of my age from one of the male doctors. Received a heart monitor 2 weeks later from another different hospital visit elsewhere. Overall staff had lack of focus and empathy.

St Luke's Monroe Campus was able to quickly access and determine the source my pain. Their staff collaborated with the Bethlehem hospital to set up my care and get me pain free. Nursing staff is top notch, very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable.
