You go to care now and they are not choosing the correct insurance so they tell you to call billing. When you call billing they tell you that they had it under kids. Then when you see the EOB turned into insurance they have you under an ER visit and when you call and tell them you were never in the ER they try to tell you that because you had an X-ray at the care now it’s coding as an ER visit.
