Sat for an hour without being acknowledged. Left went to Mercy and was out of there in 30 minutes...
Rude nurses in the ER. Insane wait times.
The absolute worst ER experience of my life. The nurses laughed at me, made fun of me, acted as if they had no humanity. Not to mention they didn't take anything I said seriously. Treated me like I was a burden. They also will cover everything up to. The nurses lie for each other which is why their is no justice for the patients...
This waiting room is a freaking joke!!! Been here two hours for a damn ultrasound!!! Went to mercy because I was sick of waiting at Luke’s and within 15mins I’m checked in vitals taken and in a room!!! Mercy is definitely the way to go!!!!
Graveyard shift nurses don’t seem to listen to anyone..Most of the young nurses at this location have absolutely no humanity. I will never forget the experience I had for the rest of my life my experience at St. Luke’s Emergency Room will haunt me forever. The nurses also will put anything in the patients notes . They don’t care about the facts they just note whatever. I worry about anyone who goes in that hospital.
