I bought a package treatment at their Skin Rejuvanation center. Before I could receive all 3 of the treatments I'd paid for Aspirus closed the center. I have called and called. No one knows how I might be reimbursed!!! I paid close to 1500$ for 3 treatments. I'm beyond disappointed!!!!
Problems with everything from my procedure to post op care to billing. I recommend going to a different facility.
They run it like your in a jail not a hospital. One hand doesn't know what the other one is doing. The floor is was on the first time after surgery, the nursing staff actually asked my girlfriend why I was there. They had no idea.I just had a four level fusion on my neck. And they moved me without any support whatsoever to my neck, leaving me.Hang free . Furthermore i was prescribed medication. My advice run in the opposite direction. Horrible care for my loved one in the behavioral health unit. I’m two hours away-several times asked for Dr call back never came it seems every time I call to speak with a nurse it was always their first night on or I’ve not worked with him before. Mental Health patients are human too discharge was a joke -they all but pushed him out the door - no follow up info NOTHING!!
