I was traveling and visiting from out of state. I was having some pain in my chest and coughing bad and needed to be seen in the emergency room. Upon arriving the front office staff were very efficient and attentive to my concerns. The wait was about an hour before getting a bed but they were able to take some blood and ekg while I was waiting to help speed things up. Since Aspirus took over the hospital culture has taken a nosedive. Overworked nurses and limited patient communication. We will be switching providers.

Had to wait tell July to get a primary. They are not capable of handling the amount of people here. Its been 2 weeks since I was seen and no call back or message on the app with directives to get my health back. Also scheduling never calls you, you have to call to make your appointments for follow ups, or referal. you'll just get missed. This place went down hill over the last couple years. Closed down most facilities. Basically getting to the point where we will have to go to essentia. I am not waiting anymore so I am movin... read more
