Great doctors and staff; very disappointing with the billing system. I don't know what is was like before joining Aspirus, but it's very disappointing now. Incorrect billing, then put me in "past due". I said it was because of incorrect billing, and now that the billing was correct, I'll pay. Doesn't matter, I'm still marked as past due.
I’ve been in many departments of st Luke’s and I’ve received great care in all of them
I paid my outstanding bill on May 31st. The transaction was withdrawn from my bank account April 2nd. I received a bill in the mail stating the balance was still outstanding. I have been working with the billing department for 2+ months at the time of writing and provided evidence that I both paid the bill and that it was withdrawn from my account.
