The care is great. The billing department is awful. They couldn’t code an ingrown toe nail. After 5 or 6 half hour + calls I finally had to call my insurance company and explain that I wasn’t in a car accident, I fell off my bike and broke my collarbone. My health insurance company wanted my auto insurance company to pay my hospital bill. After 4 months goes past and I start getting final notice, pay immediately or be sent to collections. St Luke was incredible. Aspirus is absolutely horrible. I've called for coding review requests 3 times for my lactation consultant appointments, and each time I call they say there is no record of the request. They say it was an office visit, instead of a lactation consultant visit and after care appointment which their website said was a free service.
