St. Luke's hospice was absolutely FANTASTIC. I was very impressed that they are a non-profit hospice. We were originally going to go with another hospice provider....a for profit one (didn't know this until later). The other provider wasn't willing to work with us at all. St. Luke's not only worked with us, they made caring for my mother very easy. They came when they said they would. They were compassionate, caring and sensitive. I really thought and believed St. Luke's Hospice was going to be a good choice boy was I ever wrong! Needed a wound change was told someone was coming out on Sat. Got a call told won't be out today they will be out Monday! They had to be called out due to drainage problems, 2 came out No gloves said they were out used what was their and the Male dropped the F Bomb every other word! Cannot say enough good things about these folks. Laurie, Chas, Michael, and Amanda were so wonderful, comforting, and knowledgeable. It takes a special person to do this kind of work and they were all fantastic.

it was for my mother whom was on hospice a bit over 6 months at the social worker Julie was so very sweet and kind, then there was Sarra my moms bath aid she also was very gental and very kind, Liz the chaplan was also very kind last but not least Wanda Jo the rn nurse is amazing Im not sure how she does this kind of field but she is very good at it my mom loved all of you and wanda jo you helped me most of all when family members question my loyalty to taking the best care possible for my mother i was with her always for tw... read more
