My elderly mom had an awful experience with one of the nurses there. Terri is constantly late to her appointments with my mom. Not like 15-20 minutes late. More like 2-3 hours late for every single visit. Then when she arrives, she does the bare minimum. For example, she shows up late and says she doesn't have time to change my mom's catheter, even though it's due to be changed. Huge kudos to Nova. She is a very skilled nurse.She is there to be helpful in any way she can.She has seen me through a very rough time.I would recommend her to any one. She is a great nurse and an asset to your company. HELPFUL IN EVERY WAYMY .Y

Okay for the most part. Some reception staff could be a little more friendly. The lady answering the phone I think it's Mary could use some professional training.

I just finished 3 weeks in home PT and OT with St Luke's Home Care. What a wonderful experience. They were fantastic. Andy, Katie, and Andrea were attentive, supportive, and very professional. They really "knew their stuff" and brought me back after a left knee replacement from which I had doubts would happen They were supportive and great. They kept their apt. times and encouraged me even when I was tired and wanted to give up.I would recommend them 100 per cent. Thanks to all of you.
