Multiple times I have waited 15-30 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to answer. Obviously need more help. Staff members are friendly (a plus)
Waiting for a call back to make an appointment hour and 35 minutes. Still haven’t received a call back.
Slow to get info to patients, test results, imaging results. Other hospitals are way quicker. It's more than annoying at how slow this facility is.
