Walked in with wife in a lot of pain. No receptionist, no security guard, nothing. Made it into the back and got someone. Took her financial info, disappeared again. No screening for Covid, no triage. Never saw another soul for the next hour. Finally left and went to another ER and got help. They never even checked on us.
