The hospitality was great, and the wait was not long. We were in and out without having to wait three hours. Thank you for your service.
VERY disappointed in the lack of customer care and service with this place. Was on hold for over 2 hours (3 different attempts) trying to pre register for a procedure I had scheduled. Never got an answer. Just hold music. Then got to the procedure and was told I have to pay a certain amount or I would have to reschedule. 😡. I would have been more prepared if someone would have picked up the phone the prior 2 days. I paid the bill and had the procedure but this is unacceptable care of their patients.
I was amazed at the service that we received the moment we went through the door very professional staff. I was very impressed.
