I have been in hospital for 16 days. The day I want something different from kitchen then they don't come through. Left a vm before 2pm but they chose to ignore me. Very unhappy with service today.
Excellent professional care.
This hospital has no respect of people's time. They claim they would do a discharge at 11:30am. 6 hours later and still waiting.
