Thank you for saving my life. I was flown in on a helicopter from Hemphill Texas. I had two blockages in my carotid artery. Yes I had a heart attack. They quickly roll me into the cath lab and place two stents in opening the blockage. 2 days in ICU with such great care. Ed was a young RN that cared for me both nights. He was so informative. When you're in the hospital and you don't understand what's going on it's really nice to have someone that's there to explain things for you. They I initially saved my life but left the infection that almost killed me. A wonderful surgeon from Methodist hospital found it while I was in rehabilitation to learn to walk again. When I first came out of coma I was delusional. The staff thought it was funny rather than trying to comfort me through the worst living nightmares I could imagine.

This is the best ER I've ever been to. Fast friendly and they actually listen to you. They treat you like a person instead of a number. Thanks St. Lukes

I have been in hospital for 16 days. The day I want something different from kitchen then they don't come through. Left a vm before 2pm but they chose to ignore me. Very unhappy with service today.
