I went here in concerns of adominal pain and the process checking in was extremely smooth, the staff were very nice up until I got a woman named Monica. I expressed my concerns about believing i had a diagnosis of a Hernia, they did absolutely no tests on me, told me I personally didn’t have one and said i should to to an Emergency Room, all the while I told them about occuring pains. She also recently had an experience with my mother where she didnt diagnose her correctly. She was extremely sick, and she went to another doc... read more
I was in there the other morning and the staff was fantastic. I was in and out and they were awesome. I have to give a Shout out to my Girl JACKIE. If you are ever in the market for a Covid swab she is your girl. She did such a good job it brought me to tears.
Absolutely terrible. Came here for a drug screening for employment. Did not pee enough so they gave me an option for a shy bladder thing and dumped out my pee or i have to say i refused. I am Here with 3 children. Refused to give my children anything to drink because I am not allowed to have any more water .. but it is for my kids. Then took my youngest to the bathroom cause she had to use the bathroom and they knocked and said it was a refusal. Clean, professional, and very quick. I was greeted by Nicole and checked in quickly, Jackie, Dana and the provider Monica all took great care of me. St Luke’s Leesport provided excellent service.
Amazing lab facility with the best staff! Especially Amy in the lab! Huge kudos to her for the kindness, understanding exhibited, and overall professionalism. It was a breath of fresh air compared to my Spring Township experience. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and got the proper tests done. Highly recommend this lab and Amy 👏🏻👏🏻
