My father was seen very quickly for an ear infection, which I really appreciated. Dr. Stratton was thorough and explained everything clearly. Nurse Jess was caring, attentive, and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling my father was heard, helped, and well taken care of.
Receptionist was very rude
Met with Dr Stratton and he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Answers any concerns with accuracy and clarity.
St. Luke's Kutztown used to be great when Alex was their primary care nurse practitioner. Alex was thorough, knowledgeable and caring. My mother who is 87 years old loved him. Then she got sick and Alex sent her for many tests. In the middle of her test series Alex left St. Luke's, after giving them a month's notice, and since then there was been no one following up on her test results.
