My previous review was removed, so here I am again. I had surgery at St Lukes hospital back in 2019 and the surgeon scheduled my follow up visit at this location, I did not schedule the visit. I developed a horrendous infection from the surgery and desperately needed to see a doctor. When I arrived to my appointment, the nasty, vile, elderly woman at the front desk said she was going to decline my visit because I didn’t have them set as my PCP. Had the worse experience ever with the attending doctor i believe his name is ramón. Very nasty and treating me like im lying and disregarding my pain. Felt very uncomfortable, insulted and brushed off. Trying to get in contact with someone to make sure I do not have to return to him
