This place used to be great, and I had a wonderful nurse practitioner, that had informed me heavily about hrt beforehand, and had understood that typical hrt max dose could be achieved after around 6 months depending on the patients needs. The new person I've had the past couple years since my last person left, has given me insurance problems, and I've had to cry on the phone and try to convince her I am myself and get my insurance to call this clinic directly, for anything to get resolved because she couldn't put in a prior... read more
Unprofessional energy. Understand they help people in hard situations but if you can afford to go elsewhere. Glad i got referred to actual professionals at 3 crosses who told me i was fine and directly contradicted amador's providers.
They need advocacy abilities along with what they do. Granted they do do A LOT, I'm not trying to take away from their help but it's needed desperately! A shout out to all that have helped me along the way! I appreciate you all!
