I've been going there like 40yrs when my kids were little. Since dr provost, Pam, and kerrie left it's going down hill fast. Had pain in my lower back, trouble with bowels was in the hospital 6days. Came back for check up she sends me to a gastrologist all kinds of tests. NOTHING!!!!! Was diagnosed 3times wrong in a yr. Just was there 3days ago UTI supposedly. 1hr later in the emergency room with a kidney infection. Thank God I went. They know who they r I don't have to say their names. Hopefully find a new practice

Update to my review of this practice. When I came to this practice one year ago I was so happy to meet my doctor he was so pleasant and understanding. He provided to me the care I needed for so long and for it I was grateful. He was kind and compassionate and we had the kind of doctor patient relationship that I truly missed from many other doctors. THAT WAS THEN. Dr Jaap Patel has been a lifeline for our family during my dad’s health issues, including a pancreatic cancer diagnosis. Dr Japp is the most compassionate, kind, thorough, knowledgeable and generous doctor I have ever known. He treats elderly patients, like my parents, with the greatest care and respect (and even makes house calls). He has provided his personal contact # so we can reach out whenever needed. My parents PCP (Dr Provost) retired this year, and they could not have a better person to assume that PCP role for them... read more
I Came From Another Network And Was Quite Frustrated With The One I Was In. I Found Coming Back To St Luke's To Which I Was In Years Before I Am Feeling More Comfortable Again. My Doctor And Staff Have Made Me Feel Welcome.
