I was a bit nervous about going to my recent appointment at St Lukes Allentown General Surgery. However, the staff there was great. Taylor Farber was my surgical nurse practioner. She was fabulous. She had me relaxed and laughing in no time. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing general surgery
I have been seeing the staff here for a couple weeks (unfortunately and fortunately) for a complex pilondial cyst and I am forever grateful for them! From the scheduling staff to the nurses to the PA and dr McDonald , everyone has truly made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Even though this illness is unfortunate I am SO fortunate for everyone at this office. They make you feel like you’re part of their little family and are extremely gentle, patient but proactive. I was told to wait outside with my service animal by the “manager” I feel very discriminated against and am appalled by your lack of training especially in the medical field. SHAME
