Update on the below review, after sifting through my voicemails, I did have a message from this office on Jan 2nd asking if we could make the appointment earlier in the day. I obviously did not get the message. They didn’t state what time, but that they wanted to move the appointment up. To improve in the future, when time allows, sending a snail mail letter to inform the appointment time has been moved would be very helpful for busy people like myself. So if you have no family or basically no one to drive you to the procedure and pick you up your SOL! Oncology and plastics scheduled a ride for me to and from appointment. But gastro basically told me to just die. I have no family to ask for a ride from and no one to help. Definitely taking my business to LVPG.
What's the point of being in the medical field without a heart?! I was right within a grace period of my appointment, drove over an hour for an emergency visit and they refused to see me in pain. I've never experienced nor thought I'd receive this treatment in the medical field. Disappointing

Thus far head-and-shoulders above the rest in Monroe county! I salute you and keep up the good work which unfortunately is lost among the rest. Kudos for Dr Cohen!
