I never imagined I would feel compelled to write a review like this, especially as someone who has always held St. Luke’s Hospital in the highest regard. My concern is not with the St. Lukes as a whole, but with a specific provider—Kelly Thackler, CRNP. I’m very disappointed. I had a fibroscan done ordered by my primary care physician. Her advice was to talk to my gastroenterologist. The results are very concerning. I called twice.. messaged MyChart twice and never heard back. Called again and got a message back telling me I should talk to the ordering dr and to not drink alcohol so it doesn’t progress to cirrhosis. I’m 10 years sober from alcohol.. that was the only advice I got. My results say stage 3 steatosis and f2 fibrosis… and enlarged liver..I’m really really upset.... read more
