I’m at such a loss with this place. Don’t get me wrong I love the doctor I see at gastroenterology. The people who schedule really need to figure things out. I’ve sent messages so many times trying to schedule. Ive called 3 times trying to schedule they say they’ll have someone call me. Weeks go by no call. I had lab orders over 2 monthes ago!!! How hasn’t anyone got a hold of me? Im just sitting here trying to get to the root of my medical concerns worried.
Have been to this facility four times for procedures in the past 10 years. Have had Dr Miranda each time. The facility and the staff, from registration to department volunteers to the professionals taking care of us has been nothing short of wonderful and professional.
Did not communicate well with me or my pharmacy, was constantly having to remind them of refills for a medication they told me I had to be on indefinitely for my UC. Did not listen to me or my concerns about my UC and felt like the GI doctors truly did not care about me. Felt like just another patient they had to see.
Head doctor, Bradley Charles Irwin, is a disgrace. Gaslighting and pompous.
