My husband & I had been going to St. Luke's Family. The Nurse Practitioner we had been seeing was either very overworked or unable to multi task or possibly both. She seemed nice, but was not thorough. Our biggest issue had been getting our medication filled, but believe me there were plenty of other problems . It had taken as long as 10 business days to have them refilled. We both have chronic conditions, so it wasn't like we needed refills on vitamins. The lack of professionalism with the office staff is unacceptable. I co... read more

The doctors are amazing. However, he billing office is a nightmare. You would think that they could hire professionals. Nope, just someone that can barely read a computer screen and is of no help whatsover.

Risking Your Life! Not long ago I was admitted to St Lukes for DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis), otherwise known as blood clots in my leg. My wife had inquired about a treatment for the problem and was told by the surgeon that it didn't exist. Subsequently, we flew to the Arizona Heart Hospital for treatment by Patricia Thorpe, MD. Today I'm walking around just fine and feeling healthy.

After surgery my mom called with concerns about the fact that I could not eat anything without horrible pain.
