I had Dr Shetayh for quite a few years now and he was always a great listener. He looked at you when you spoke to him, was present and gave really good feedback. Since He moved to Palmerton, I had to switch to Dr Manzella. She is a sweet lady but was not as present as Dr Shetayh. She typed the entire time and barely gave any feedback. I’m sure she’s a great doctor otherwise, but I’d like a doctor who can be present and show they care.
Never has openings. They always schedule you for months out
after trying to call and make a appointment for my wife I was never followed up with then told I'd be called back in 15mins (never got a call back). I ended up taking them to the hospital when it could have been solved in a normal visit.
I've had Dr Shetayh for several years and he is a great doctor. He is very kind and always does his best to be accomadating. I even recommended him to my mother and she likes having him as well. I'd definitely recommend to others as well.
The doctors are amazing their staff are rude and very cocky especially the front desk girl and they are no help at all when you need your medication refilled they have very poor communication with insurances and are refusing to continue my meds when I called the insurance and the pharmacy both said it was covered and the staff continue to feed me lies and once I told them what the pharmacy and insurance said they had nothing to say to me and told me they will get back to me
