My daughter’s appointment was scheduled at 1:00, we weren’t seen till after 3:00! Than on top of that we were rushed out of there. Spoke with the doctor for about 5 minutes max.

My daughter was scheduled for 4pm. It’s now 4:57pm and we have yet to be seen or called back. We waited in the FIRST waiting room for about 35 minutes and are now in a SECOND waiting room for the past 20 minutes or so. Mind you they tell you to come early so we have been here since 3:45. This is absolutely ridiculous. There are patients here waiting to be seen that were scheduled at 3!!! Still sitting in the waiting room!! I don’t even want to give 1 star DO BETTER!!

Didn't even get to schedule an appointment for my son because according to the front desk, their wait time is in September. It's March. My son failed his hearing test at school, how is he supposed to continue school when he cannot hear, and their response is pretty much well, you have to wait. Sooooo guess it's LVHN for me now, and he's scheduled two weeks out. Thanks, LVHN. This is utterly disgusting.
