I am very disappointed with the level of service provided by this clinic and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. I had an appointment three weeks ago as a follow-up after an ER visit. I arrived with a confirmed diagnosis and complete test results. The doctor reviewed my case, agreed with the previous diagnosis, and we both concluded that a surgical procedure was necessary. My daughter’s appointment was scheduled at 1:00, we weren’t seen till after 3:00! Than on top of that we were rushed out of there. Spoke with the doctor for about 5 minutes max.

My daughter was scheduled for 4pm. It’s now 4:57pm and we have yet to be seen or called back. We waited in the FIRST waiting room for about 35 minutes and are now in a SECOND waiting room for the past 20 minutes or so. Mind you they tell you to come early so we have been here since 3:45. This is absolutely ridiculous. There are patients here waiting to be seen that were scheduled at 3!!! Still sitting in the waiting room!! I don’t even want to give 1 star DO BETTER!!
