Dr. C. Johnson was extremely kind and got right to the point, I certainly felt 100% listened to, so thank you. To the team with him that day thank you for being relaxing, kind and making me feel safe and okay in a time I was not feeling well. Shout out to the Nurse she was a doll! And xray technician thank you for making me smile as well. Kate

ERs are chaotic places. So many people so many needs all happening at once. Even though I had to wait for certain procedures, I felt so cared for with thrones and attention to science. Thank you to the ER docs, doctors, Schultz and Wyatt. Also thank you to the radiology staff. I never like MRIs, but they made it bearable. Thank you for your attentive care In the milieu of ER swirl.

2 of the worst er experiences of my life still at home not knowing what do about my heart. They are way to busy and the chaos and disorganization is affecting be bad and I can only imagine what other patients are dealing with. It's sad I feel safer at home with these issues then sitting there getting treated like you don't matter. The aspirus clinic always has been good the er is scary and someone's gonna get hurt waiting to get help.

Our dad fell face first onto the cement. He had a gash on his eyebrow that was bleeding. We brought him into the ER expecting to be in and out in a couple hours as we had other plans later in the day. We waited 6 hours for help. Needless to say we had to cancel our plans for later in the day. I probably would have received quicker care in Urgent Care. I would never go back to that place again. Very, very disappointed.
