I have never felt so completely violated, disgusted, and disrespected as I have here in Saint Lukes East Stroudsburg. I am a severely disabled House Bound US Army Veteran and I asked the office for a letter of necessity and explained the urgency of it, as the state needed it by the end of business day for them to increase my caregiver hours since I had a heart attack a month and a half ago.
