Waited 3 months for this referral visit. Was given 2 different times for the visit one at 10 via automated call the address was for boise st. Lukes downtown. Got a text with a 915 time with no a address very vague. I call the help line then got told again its downtown st Luke's. Show up to downtown st. Luke's they have no idea who I am or what I am talking about calling the number I called yesterday kept talking about my chart. I’ve been struggling through fertility treatments going on three years now and out of nowhere my provider took FIVE MONTHS off. I didn’t find out my doctor was out of office until I was denied my medication to encourage ovulation. (Which is time sensitive with my cycle schedule) There was no warning and I was not notified with enough time to plan a different treatment option. I recently needed a same day appointment for a rather embarrassing reason and Sarah Franetti, PA-C was amazing! She made me feel at ease and was very caring and compassionate. I appreciate her professionalism and her support. I would definitely see her again!

It has taken me awhile to process this situation because it is the most traumatic medical experience I have ever had. I'd give zero stars but I can't. I came in last fall for a colposcopy and the treatment I received was disappointing from before, to during, and especially after. I was told that I could take ibuprofen ahead of time, that the procedure would not hurt (a pinch and some cramping they say!) so I would not need any sort of meds or numbing for the procedure, and that I should feel back to normal that day or the ne... read more
