The staff, techs, doctor, and nurses at St. Luke’s all operated effectively and with great rapport. Unfortunately, the healthcare system in America is handicapped by private insurance companies beholden to shareholders. What could have been a comprehensive exam ending with a clear understanding and care plan was instead a well-structured process in accordance with guidelines and continuing appointments.
