This experience made me feel like a piece of trash. I brought in all my stuff and then they proceeded to tell me they wouldn't see me without a new x ray even though I had just had one the week before. Ironically, Judd had already had a phone conversation about me with the Dr who took the last x ray and knew what was going on. The nurse lady said it was needed for records which again I offered to give them but they refused to accept. Anyway, they said if I don't like it I can leave. Pleased with my visit and the level of care that I’ll receive. Really impressed by my surgeon and staff.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me some other options of relief before diving right in for surgery. I will be back!
Both Dr Judd and staff were excellent. I even refused a x-ray and the tech was ever so nice when I declined and said “ I will leave it up to your doctor after he’s seen you.”. What a great team!
They set clear expectations, and then met them. Calm and Courteous. They are very respectful.
