I was referred to this office from the St. Luke’s in McCall for follow-up on a broken wrist. Speaking with staff from this office over the phone was an awful experience, enough so that I’ll be driving back to McCall from Boise to continue care. Tyson’s nurse was extremely rude and unwilling to provide clarification regarding transition of care within the St. Luke’s system. Being that this was my first experience with St. Luke’s, I’ll likely “take my business elsewhere” as was encouraged by the team at this office.
