Just a PSA to moms who haven’t been to MFM here. You go in the main hospital doors not urgent care (the opposite side of the hospital) like google maps make it look like….take it from a mama who had a loooong walk 😂
Had my last baby here and terrible terrible terrible I would not recommend for a high risk pregnant woman to have their babies here because terrible staff no communication very disrespectful Nampa office front desk tory rude mouth just kept trying to cut me off then Rhonda just as bad but manager Lauren wasn't any better can't even control her own staff you think they would be better no wonder old staff left probably couldn't handle disrespectful ladies. I had a wonderful experience with this ward. From check in to the amazing ultrasound tec who talked me through everything she was doing and seeing, and lastly the doctor addressing any concerns I may have or not. It was a very good experience.
They have been so supportive and helpful through everything. All the nurses doctors staff are so sweet. Always get fast responses when I would send messages through my chart and alway addressed my concerns THANK YOU
