I contacted the clinic a few minutes ago and was treated quite astonishingly rudely by the person who took my call. I explained quite clearly why I was calling and yet the receptionist was very dismissive of my concerns and implied that I didn't need to be calling and that she didn't think it was necessary. My partner also heard the call as I had the speaker phone on to better hear with and he stated he was surprised at the receptionists response.
Very disheartening experience. All the clichés lived up to the big hospital reputation. I asked several times how much care would cost, I was never given an answer and then given a huge bill weeks later. I had very little sympathy for my bike accident and with bruised ribs they didn't really have any reason to keep me there so long. Very disappointing, low attention from staff and terrible communication for billing and costs up front.
I thank everyone here for the kindness, care,professionalism that i am treated with every time. My question are addressed. Everyone is interested in finding the correct diagnosis & treatment for me.
