I just got done having my annual with Samantha. I've had the pleasure of seeing her in the past, as well. She is an absolute delight! She's very knowledgeable. Takes the utmost care and time with you, and is so personable. I can't say enough good things about her! Made the whole experience unlifting and enjoyable. Trying to get a hold of somebody to turn off these bright lights you have on all night November on through the winter. They are so annoying and bright. There’s an apartment building across the street where people are trying to sleep. I don’t understand the purpose of having these lights on all night.

When checking in, I was told by front desk staff that I had an outstanding bill for thousands of dollars - in front of a room of at least 15 people. I was later able to confirm with patient financial services that I owed no such bill. After checking in, I waited for 25 minutes before I was called for my appointment and then waited another 20 minutes without seeing a doctor or even being checked on. I finally left.
