Trying to get a hold of somebody to turn off these bright lights you have on all night November on through the winter. They are so annoying and bright. There’s an apartment building across the street where people are trying to sleep. I don’t understand the purpose of having these lights on all night.

When checking in, I was told by front desk staff that I had an outstanding bill for thousands of dollars - in front of a room of at least 15 people. I was later able to confirm with patient financial services that I owed no such bill. After checking in, I waited for 25 minutes before I was called for my appointment and then waited another 20 minutes without seeing a doctor or even being checked on. I finally left.

I contacted the clinic a few minutes ago and was treated quite astonishingly rudely by the person who took my call. I explained quite clearly why I was calling and yet the receptionist was very dismissive of my concerns and implied that I didn't need to be calling and that she didn't think it was necessary. My partner also heard the call as I had the speaker phone on to better hear with and he stated he was surprised at the receptionists response.
