The receptionist was an absolute doll and went out of her way to answer questions about services they offered at the location, but Michelle (manager or Doctor from staff area) would benefit from additional focus on how she engages and connects with others professionally. Michelle came up front to lay out all of the ways I had not followed their process (going to the wrong location to request a vaccine, messaging them at the wrong time, not knowing their procedures, etc) after I asked for clarification on something.
