I am very unhappy with how the receptionist spoke to me . I am a new patient and was needing helping scheduling an appointment. She laughed at my situation and then proceeded to have an attitude with me about my answers to her questions . She put my information in wrong on the MYChart. I wasn’t able to have a say in my obgyn doctor. I do not feel comfortable and I feel judged . She was unprofessional and was telling me my insurance doesn’t exist. I will be making my appointment somewhere else .
The doctors and nurses here are great. But good luck trying to talk to someone in reception. Even after I left a call back number, I didn't receive call back. This isn't the first time I've encountered this. Such a shame.

Dr. Hopeman & staff were great! Dr. Hopeman made the visit fun for my toddler and is great with kids. I had my baby and toddler at the same appt and one of the nurses helped play with my toddler outside of the room while the baby got shots and vice versa.
