I am writing this because I've never ever been treated the way we were last night in the ER. I always brag about our beautiful hospital and the care in the valley. However, we presented last night via ambulance. I found the staff to be wonderful. The Dr.Torres who was in charge was terrible. He totally just wanted us out of there. He was rude, short and truly didn't care what happened to my aunt. I asked if she needed to stay, which she always has prior because of her history. So after one year of medical care as my PCP this doctor has stifled my medical care because of his lack of education in the medical field. He also is a very good money grabber for his Saint Luke's affiliate. After all his uneducated advice I never got any results from what he described as good medical care. My wife and I are now looking for a new PCP. Saint Luke's has a reputation of finding the these kind of folks.
Be warned of Dr. Crump! Dr. William Crump of St Lukes Family Health in Meridian Idaho is possibly a pedophile. Do not let your children go near him.
My mom was brought in by ambulance yesterday after a bicycle accident to the Magic Valley St Luke's. The care she was given is FAR from acceptable. The basic care should have been to clean her wounds, which would help prevent infection. They did not. They simply put a bandaid over mud and gravel, but only so it wouldn't get blood on the wrist brace they put on her. St Lukes Family Health doctors will commit malpractice and improperly conduct function diagnostic tests, misdiagnose you just for laughs, talk very badly about their patients behind their backs, and charge you double for diagnostic tests what any other primary care doctor in Boise would charge.
