It was an excellent experience, the physician answered all my questions and concerns and went above and beyond my expectations. I appreciate the degree of care they put into my community.
If I could give this horrific place zero stars I would. Due to the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the woman who administered my test and the people who been working here for 22 years! It cost me a job I had got. Although it was proven to be their mistake my employer and i were very patient with these people and i had to go out of my way to push them to fix the issue and sign the paperwork that was needed so that i could finally start working at my new job after 2 weeks of being tested! Yesterday I met with Dr. Karen A. Galvan for a pre-colonoscopy. She took the time to answer all of our questions and was very professional and thorough. I've had experience with St Luke facilities for 6-7 years and can state without any reservation that I have never had a bad experience. The amount of personal concern and caring is off the charts. For example, after I was wheeled into the operating room, one of the staff took my hand a said "not to worry, we'll take good care of you". And they did. Every interaction has like... read more
