First time I saw this provider and we talked about my med. There were some changes I agreed to as long as I saw him again in a month. My next appointment is three months out, not one as I was promised.
Always answers are questions and is always polite, my son always feels better once he is able to seen.
Amazing as always
I already had issues with them but now my husband has been waiting over a week for them to call back about their medication screw up. He is completely without his medication and doing poorly because of it yet we can't get them to pick up when we call or call back when we leave a message. Bureaucracy comes first, second, third, and fourth here. Patients well-being comes somewhere after that.
Left clinic w few - if any - critical or un-charitable thoughts after hour-long conversation w assigned care technician / helper. I didn't feel dismissed or unimportant.
