Terrible place i moved to idaho from the east coast in october i called the day i got to nampa to set up an appointment because i was told there is super long wait times. they put me out to january 16th which is fine well then they tell me the provider the put me with is out of the office and now i have to wait till march. so they do not care if people run out of their medications? i am not the one that canceled the appointment they did so why do i now have to wait another 2 months when i already have been waiting for 3 mont... read more
Edit to add; an investigation has been opened for malpractice. I strongly encourage anyone who has been wronged by these providers to contact patient relations. They will send you away from your appointment and make your reschedule during a time of mental crisis. It's almost like that's not their job???

They act as if Im the first medicaid patient they've ever had. Ive been prescribed daily medication, only for 5 days of every month to go without because they can't wrap their head around the fact that the pharmacy needs prior authorization in order to fill it. Went from a good experience with my first counselor to a nightmare when I was forced to change counselors. New counselor (Jeremy) was mean, rude and disrespectful. After a few sessions he dismissed me and refused to do CBT on me and was wanting to do PTSD when I made it clear I was having PTSD symptoms and no safe place.
