***** UPDATE ******* They kicked my service animal out of the clinic. The "Manager" I call nurse Ratched and I locked horns. She decided to kick my dog out. Completely illegal and against the ADA regulations. I have filed a complaint with the United States Department of Justice. This person went so far out of her way to make my life miserable. I have been trying to get in to see someone here for a little over half a year now. My appointment has been rescheduled about 3 times over the course of 6 months. No one told me I had to be there 1/2 an hour before my appointment, and the doctor’s name didn’t have the right address on maps, so I proceeded to drive to the wrong address. They just messaged me on MyChart less than an hour before my appointment (which of course I didn’t see) to tell me I had to be early. Don't plan on getting an appointment for about 3-6 months. Amazing how they post billion dollar profits. And service is in the toilet. Maybe there is something to the movement for fair health care.
Waiting area very pleasant and calm. Staff friendly and accommodating. My doctor listened and was most helpful. All in all a really good visit.
