Camilla is attentive, listens, and provides helpful feedback in easy to digest chunks of she has helped me adjust as needed and stay on track. When I experienced some regain she helped me address it quickly with proper education and action so I was able to successfully lose. I am so grateful this is an option with the team.
One on one discussion helped remind me to read my guide book, select better food choices and improve meal planning by adding lean protein, variety of vegetables, consume healthy fat, and fruit, whole grain, and starch in each meal.
