St Luke’s Children’s has a lot of good doctors, and other medical staff. We were pleased with the care given during our recent visit. Just wish they’d designed the new building to accommodate children of all ages, even those greater than 5’ tall. My son doesn’t fit on their exam tables. When he needed his blood pressure taken recently we had to use back of a chair to prop his feet up. It was either that or the floor. 🥴😳 Seems very poorly thought out in my opinion.

My mom went in tonight extremely sick with COVID. She was so bad that we didn’t know if she could make the two steps out of the car to the wheelchair. Once she was inside everyone pretty much ignored her. We were not allowed to go in with her, which I totally understand with everything going on. Once the doctor cleared her to go home, the nurse gave my mom her discharge papers and left! They made her WALK all the way from the back of the hospital to the front BY HER SELF! Not once did they ever try to help. She is much worse... read more

The worse staff I staff ever encountered. They are lazy and unprofessional. The nurses act like you made them put their applications in & work there. Just nasty. They’re mean and condensing. Take the time and go to Boise. Please.

Absolutely the worst experience in a hospital! The Dr's did not communicate hardly at all, I called several times for updates on my husband, they wouldnt listen to me on anything! They found gall stones, and said that wasn't his problem! Decided he pulled a muscle. After 7 days, they had me come get him, a 3 hr drive, and he was in as much pain as when he went in! I fought this all the way.. Now, we went to LA grande, and they did a HIDA scan, they confirmed he needs his gallbladder out! He is also on dialysis, their "techs"... read more

To who it may concern: when you go into a hospital you kind of hope, expect to have your health issues validated, checked on, worked over and a plan of action to resolve them.As a person who has worked in health care field for over 25 years ( yes that is 25 years not a typo) I know the process. So put yourself in my very distressing situation. I brought my fiance Into the Mountain Home Saint Lukes regional medical center emergency room and it wasn't a Covid situation. He had ... I love this hospital. When my nephew was born here 7 weeks premature they did everything they could to keep him alive and healthy and growing. Could not ask for better NICU nurses or doctors.
