Always very nice and friendly
Everyone from the receptionist to the assistance that take you in for your screening to the doctors are also polite and warm I have really enjoyed going there and my husband had to have a quick appointment made and they directed me to Saint Pete and I was so grateful because he had a cornea laceration anyway we're very very happy with St. Luke's And so happy to have them I'm going to have cataract surgery tomorrow and I am feeling so good to have Dr Pit Gill to be my doctor
Just aweful. Had an appointment for over a month. They send a message the day before saying the need the referal. I give them the referal and then they say there is an issue. I get put through to a supervisor that tells me that everything is fine and disregard the message. The next day I get a call told They are cancelling the appointment. Thanks for wasting my time.
Besides the wait time, I was pleased with the service. Everyone was kind and friendly from the moment I walked in and my vision was restored after my laser procedure
Paid my copay at the beginning of the appointment, but when I went to check out I was charged an extra $50 for a glasses prescription. There was no mention during the appointment of additional fees. When I called to dispute the charge, they said I signed a paper (buried in the mountain of paperwork) saying that they could charge extra for this service. As a courtesy, the assistant could have mentioned that there would be an additional charge, but that didn't happen. Wildly unethical and very disappointing.
