Extremely disappointed with the poor care. During one of my visits my vision was checked and I was given an eyeglass prescription. The prescription was so wrong (I could see better without them) I had to go to another doctor to get a proper prescription (incurring additional cost). When I sent a letter to St. Luke's to request a refund for a failed service (showing them the correct prescription) there was complete silence - not even a "no sorry we don't do that". I like St. Luke's they are very fast and efficient.
I hate how they do their appointment scheduling. They open at 8am. I have 920am appointment. It's 930, and I'm still sitting here waiting and four people have been here longer than me. How they be that behind an hour within opening? Every time I've been here, it's like this. I saw another review where the person said their appointment was cancelled the day before because they didn't have a referral.This also happened to me. Dr. Fabunmi is wonderful..He takes time to explain what is going on where you understand it. This whole office is just full of professional individuals
This was my 1st time here. They were all "correct". Receptionists very kind. Like in any Dr's office they always make you wait. At least here 1 of the front desk ladies came to the waiting room with a cart offering snacks and drinks. That was a plus. The Dr. who saw me explained the options I have for my specific situation. In average "all good". I will come back, by far its the best eye Dr. experience I had in many years.
