I took my newborn son here for his two week appointment and Dr. Relph and his team did a great job. They were kind and thorough and very willing to answer any questions my husband and I had. It was a welcome change after the cursory pediatrician visits we experienced in the hospital. We will be back!
We had a wonderful experience here! Dr. Relph and the staff were great. They had patience as my daughter talked their ears off and even made sure her quiet brother was acknowledged and interacted with. We were seen on time and our concerns were thoroughly heard. I absolutely recommend this practice.
On Nov 17, 2020, my 4-month baby fell off a 3ft-high exam table under the care of the nurse. If the system allows, I would rate negative 5. Her dad asked the nurse to take care our little one before he stepped out to ask our pediatrician a follow-up question. He was outside of the room for 20-30 seconds. The moment he walked in, the little one was on the floor and crying hysterically.
