I have used the health care system through saint luke's hospital my entire life. Always had pretty decent Care and treatment. In the last year , i've recently found the communication , rescheduling and attitudes to be quiet rude to be honest. For many years , i've taken my children to the saint luke's pediatric gastronology for over 6 years now.I recently was called bring my child in when I got there.There were saying that they had already left. Barbara is phenomenal. She is so knowledgeable about the chronic condition our five year old has and how to navigate care. Barbara is also empathetic and approachable. She has coached us to be better care takers.
Everyone was friendly (registration, MA, & Dr). We were seen promptly. I feel like Dr Burpee really listened to us.
From the moment we walk in the doors, we feel loved and cared for. The providers take time to listen to our concerns and our gentle with our child’s needs. highly recommend.
