My husband has been Calling this clinic for days and no one ☝️ answers the DAMN phone or calls back! We have been inquiring my son’s appointment date! We had to call a switchboard operator for the lack of feedback from the provider. The receptionist didn’t seem to bother her due to her lack of communication as to why the calls were not being answered? Do better!!!

I was on the waitlist in 2020 and never once did my mom get a call back or recieve paperwork, my sister sure did though while I suffered for 2 whole years. A few months ago my mom finally got a call back and she filled out the paper, they told my mom there was no waitlist, now it's going on 3 months still no updates, mom called weeks ago and they said they're still working on it. Ridiculous! I've been suffering this entire time and none of you care, I've been to other "professionals" all I recieved was a misdiagnosis and ove... read more

This place is trash and Dr. Tucker is a joke. My son was suppose to be seeing Dr. Tucker for mental health med management. Driving from Caldwell each appointment, Dr. Tucker would be “out of the office” and would cancel the appointment. Not once did the front office call me before I took the morning off from work and took my son out of school to drive all the way into Boise to find out. Over a year period Dr. Tucker was “out of the office” 3 different times. All 3 times I never got a phone call letting me know he wasn’t goin... read more

I think that in order to work at St. Luke’s you must be a kind and amazing person. St. Luke’s Children’s Neurobehavioral is no exception! We were referred at first for medication management and got in way quicker than anticipated. After we became established patients, we were able to get into therapy. Both providers that have been instrumental in setting our child up for success. They are kind and supportive. The front office is so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend seeking a referral if your child is struggling.
