They never call you back when you have an issue. Not even to read your test results. I had to call them and i got the receptionist that told me 3 times they would call back in 24-48 hours and still nothing..
I would like to say that I would recommend Dr. Singh to anyone who needs a urologist. He went above and beyond for the care of my son. He added my son onto his schedule ASAP in order to meet with him and give him the reassurance that he was ok. My son had a little scare where something was found on an ultrasound and was terrified that he had something seriously wrong with him. Just let the team that cared for me know I appreciate their efforts on my behalf. I needed to go home to continue my TKI regimen for CML which I couldn't do before surgery , and maybe not after, as healing might be affected by the TKI. I will reconsider surgical procedure this winter when I am less active. I walked home at a 1.9 mph pace in 2.5 hr along the D&L Trail which helped clear my head and ponder my situation. The employees of the CT scan said that everything that happened below is the responsibility of the doctor's office. What's going on here? My CT scan was scheduled six months ago, and just in the week of the exam that Cynthia Heckman had time to call my insurance and ask for authorization. Of course, wasn’t enough time to insurance give authorization. Them 3 hours before the exam Tasha Garrity and Ada Rodriguez left a voicemail message canceling the exam!
