Sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half. If you have nothing better to do, schedule an appointment here.
Staff were very friendly and attentive. My wait time was minimal and I was provided a copy of my films on disk. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is that the parking is seriously inadequate. There’s only one disabled spot which was occupied by a SUV with no handicapped tag or plates.

They can always get you in when you need an appointment. They are so kind everyone of them. Techs, office people are great. I love St. Lukes CDI. I always go there. They get your report to your doctor fast!!
This is an excellent facility, conveniently located, parking in front of the building, easy access. The staff are very kind and caring and they were very understanding of my claustrophobia. The technician was very helpful when I had a mild coughing fit due to allergies. She brought me water and gave me an extra pillow to raise my head so the drainage would not cause the throat tickle. I was able to stay in the machine and complete my MRI with minimal distress. I was given a prescription for Valium to help me relax in the clo... read more
My husband's Pain Specialist's nurse called CDI at 5pm on Wednesday to set the appt. for 11:30 a.m. on Thursday. By 1:00 p.m. after the MRI, the Pain Specialist had the results and administered the treatment to relieve the pain !!! We were extremely pleased with the staff at the Center for Diagnostic Imaging on Clayton Road in Frontenac !!!
