RecommendedEasy scheduling, friendly staff. I got there early — they took me right in. They made me comfortable for my MRI (I’m claustrophobic and was in pain from a migraine at the time.) They gave me extra earplugs so the noise wouldn’t bother my migraine. Got through my test quickly. They also offered to courier the CD to my doctor in Brentwood so I didn’t have to take it!
I found the scheduling to be easy and the professionals to be very friendly. The Winghaven location is much closer to my home that the St. Lukes' main campus. There is much less waiting. My tests have run on time so that I can plan the rest of my day.
I've always had good experience at St. Luke's CDI. Staff is organized and professional. I particularly like that when calling for an appointment one is not asked for a callback number but you talk to a REAL person! Bridget and Jamie were my care team on May 21, and as always it was a positive experience. Keep up the good work!
I had an MRI done today at CDI Winghaven. Sarah was so kind and reassuring and so was the young lady at the desk with her. They both tried to keep me calm. Linda did my test and was so pleasant and reassuring also. I found out that it was much easier than I thought because I'm very clostrophobic. Great experience

The sign in and registering process was fast and easy. Everyone at the front desk was very nice. It didn't take long at all to get called back for the MRI. My technician was knowledgeable and nice. I would go back again if I needed to.
I have been to the Winghaven location a number of times, and it is always a pleasant experience. The front desk staff is kind and helpful and the tech who did my MRI was the best! Professional, yet very concerned for my comfort and safety. I would have no qualms recommending the Winghaven CDI to anyone who needs any kind of imaging test.
