Didn't help me at all gave me test kit for blood sugar said go home an eat he said he don't have any time to show me how to use it I called back foe help no one called to help me just like stlukes no time to help patients a big waist of time. He had to get his amount of patients for the day.
Very poor patient care. My husband is on the Libre. We called and informed this office that he has been having episodes of hypoglycemia. Spoke with staff at the office as they tried to link in to his monitor. Unsuccessfully. So about a week later a conversation was initiated for my husband to bring in his monitor so they can download the information and get a clearer picture as to why his sugar has been dropping.
