I went in for eye floaters. Dylan (5*s for him!), the tech, was friendly, professional knowledgeable, and quite adept at his work. Prepped for Dr. Arcaro, She came in and went right to work. She identified and measured the floaters in both eyes, and rapidly explained the minor significance of floaters, further detailed possible glaucoma issues as well as cataract care for future issues there. Not surprisingly the recent reviews of people who visited this center have only 2 stars average because I was there less than a year ago for a check up .. the worst ant was great and friendly but the lady doctor ( like fr Middle East or Indian ) was not friendly at all and was abrupt! I didn’t even get a chance to ask a question. , she split the scene asap when she is done looking into my eyes ! And the place was rather empty anyway
Dr Clingerman is the BEST Audiologist I've seen. Friendly and thorough!
Dr. Michael Causey is so personable. He listens and really cares about his patients. Very knowledgeable and professional. I can say the same for Ben, the medical tech who I saw before Dr. Causey. Thank you St. Luke's.
