This is the BEST eyecenter. They have the best and most friendly staff. I look forward to go for my appointments there. Love Dr Phillpotts!
Upon arrival was pleasantly greeted by the staff. Was directed to sit in waiting room and my appointment was pretty much on time. The PA did a thorough job of getting me ready to see my doctor. The entire appointment was 1.5 hrs. My only advise is to have someone with you, it takes a while to recoup your sight to drive
Why is it they are always running behind
Everyone made me feel comfortable.
I feel the person who took care of me was much more knowledgeable than my previous person. My hearing aides are better and more clear hearing.
