Not the first time my fiancé or I have gone to this place and have left with no answers & no help. I had an issue with my throat, went in there to get help, was tested for strep and test came back negative. I was told they would need to send it back to the lab to double check if it would come back negative or positive, and to wait an additional 3 days til I would hear back, meanwhile I’m suffering. BEWARE !!!! Went there for blood work. Fast service and knowable employee. Charged 5 times what I paid other places for the same tests. BEWARE!!! NEVER AGAIN.
12.26.2019 visit. The check in process was disorganized. The LPN who took my vitals was rude and unprofessional. Her clinical skills were an abomination To the nursing profession. Unfriendly and unkempt. Our PA-C was wonderful. Although when she came into the room. She did note that the LPN. Didn’t record ANY vitals on our chart. Never been so disappointed in St Luke’s before. Wow. Very poor
I went to st Luke’s car now in west penn. my visit was amazing everyone was very respectful and caring and helped me with what I needed. And explained everything properly. I would recommend going if needed
One star because you are an express care facility in a rural area and closed on sundays. Every time one of my family members needed care you were closed.
