After waiting for 2 1/2 hours from the Now Office, we walked out without any physical form filled out for my daughter to participate in a Special Olympics. Nobody told me that the office does not do physicals for kids with disabilities. The doctor in turn filled my form with comments such as “cannot evaluate” And denied the physical evaluation and her participation in the sports saying that only her primary care physician could do that. I took my boyfriend to St. Luke's Hospital for a colonoscopy and had a really great experience. Everyone was so kind and respectful from the moment we walked in. The nurses were patient and made him feel comfortable, and the doctors were professional and reassuring. It can be a nerve-wracking procedure, but they made the whole process smooth and easy. We’re really grateful for the care he received. Thank you to the whole team!
I had a little wait as a walk in but overall the staff and Dr were great.
